Terms and conditions

DELIVERY IN 4/6 BUSINESS DAYS. DELIVERY TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE. The products always travel at the load and at the risk of the purchaser, the transport costs and rights are paid by the seller, with the buyer delegation. These conditions are automatically and tacitly accepted without further confirmation when ordering. The costs are charged to the customer and will vary according to weight, volume and value of the order. The goods travel at risk of the buyer, even if sold with the payment in cash; the transfer of ownership of the property (and related risks) is concluded with the agreement, even verbal, former Art. 1376c.c.

Right of withdrawal

According to decree. No. 185 of 22/05/99 the seller to the buyer recognizes the right of withdrawal. The buyer can exercise this right within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays) from receipt of goods by sending notice to the seller within this period (date of postmark), by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The buyer is obliged to return the goods received to the seller within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays) from the date of its receipt, understood as a deadline the time when the goods are delivered to the return to the post office or carrier. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The essential integrity of the goods is a prerequisite for the exercise of the option of withdrawal. The custom merchandise at special requests can not be returned. The seller undertakes to reimburse all''acquirente the sum eventually paid without interest by bank transfer after you receive the goods and found the integrity 'of the same ..
