1 - THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to decree. No. 185 of 22/05/99 the seller to the buyer recognizes the right of withdrawal. The buyer can exercise this right within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays) from receipt of goods by sending notice to the seller within this period (date of postmark), by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The buyer is obliged to return the goods received to the seller within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays) from the date of its receipt, understood as a deadline the time when the goods are delivered to the return to the post office or carrier. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The essential integrity of the goods is a prerequisite for the exercise of the option of withdrawal.
The custom merchandise at special requests can not be returned.
The seller undertakes to reimburse all''acquirente the sum eventually paid without interest by bank transfer after you receive the goods and found the integrity 'of the same. They are excluded from the reimbursement of the incidental costs, and must be within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods within.

  2- JURISDICTION
Under Law no. 50 of 15.01.1991 the court of jurisdiction for any dispute is that of the place of residence or domicile of the purchaser.
