Confidentiality of the data - Legge 675/96
The personal data are dealt for commercial of direct selling, advertising, managerial purposes, statistics, of protection of the credit, by means of processing with prefixed criteria.
The Client has straight to obtain without delay:
- the confirmation of the existence of personal data that regard it, and the communication in intelligible form of the same data and their origin, let alone of the logic on which the treatment is based;
-the erasure, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data dealt in law violation;
- the refresh and rectifies it that is, in case it has interest to you, integration of the data
- of being informed, by means of free hit to the registry of which to art. the 31, codicil 1, lett. a) of law 31.12.96 n. 675 of the existence of treatments of data that can regard it and to oppose itself free of charge to the treatment of the same ones
